All the pork used is from our own family-run farm situated in the Dargle Valley in the Natal Midlands.  
Only the best genetics available in South Africa are used in our pig herd. We work closely with a specialised pig Veterinarian. Our pigs are kept under humane conditions and are fed only maize/protein based, hormone-free diets. Meat used for our processing comes only from young female pigs thus removing any chance of Boar Taint. Our products are 100% pork and are made using traditional methods - they are hand made and oak smoked on the farm!
